ATTORNEY PROFILE
Our attorney, Kristina E. Krilchev, was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She completed her Master’s of Arts Degree in the area of English Literature and Linguistics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia, Bulgaria. She came to the United States in 1993 to pursue personal and professional achievement. Kristina earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004, and was admitted to the Bar in the same year after first seating for the Bar examination. Kristina Krilchev has excellent credentials from all the educational institutions she has attended. She was in the Dean’s List during her study at Suffolk School of Law. She has excellent legal writing skills – an honorary mention in the Legal Practice Skills Course and the Appellate Brief Writing Course. Kristina Krilchev has extensive experience in the area of immigration law as a legal assistant, paralegal, intern, and presently as an attorney. Kristina Krilchev is a member of the Nevada Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) http://www.aila.com/. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Aside from her immigration practice, attorney Krilchev is actively involved in organizing of the social and cultural life of the Bulgarian community in the United States. She is currently a member and acting Secretary of the Bulgarian Society of Nevada – www.tutmanic.com , a non-profit charitable organization located in Las Vegas, NV. Attorney Krilchev’s personal experience as an immigrant is an additional asset to her professional performance. She is judicious, compassionate and extremely understanding of the concerns of her clients, mostly because she has once been in their situation. Attorney Krilchev is dedicated to the needs of her clients by following a determination to devote the necessary attention to each case from the beginning to resolution while aggressively pursuing positive results. Attorney Krilchev has also been a lead speaker at several Immigration Seminars organized in the states of Massachusetts and Nevada. She has also authored several articles devoted to hot immigration issues which have been published in newspapers around the country.
