Consultation & Fees
Our consultation fee is a flat rate fee of $100. The consultation fee represents a non-refundable retainer for legal services provided during the consultation. The fee may be paid by money order or personal check. It may be submitted in person, if appropriate, or sent by mail.

OUR CONSULTATIONS INCLUDE
Evaluation of your immigration goals, with emphasis on analyzing and explaining all available options, and development of THE BEST POSSIBLE solution for you. Please note that the immigration law is one of the fastest changing areas of law and as a result requirements for immigration can be complex and are always subject to change. Our consultation is not time limited and does not include only the initial contact. You can always call with follow up questions regarding your case.
REPRESENTATION
Please remember that although we are located in the state of Nevada we can represent you in your immigration matters even if you are a resident of any other state of the United States.
